Automatic chain type broiler catching cage is a high-efficiency automated poultry farming and chicken harvesting system designed for large-scale commercial broiler farms. This intelligent poultry cage adopts chain-driven circulating flexible mesh belt to deliver broilers out of the chicken house smoothly without manual grabbing. 1. Hot-dip Galvanized Cage Frame
Adopts 275g/㎡ thick hot-dip galvanized steel structure, anti-rust and anti-corrosion, service life up to 15–20 years. Standard 3/4 layers, customized 8 layers for large farms. Standard unit size: 3m×1.82m×0.5m, suitable for 1.6–1.8kg commercial broilers.
2. Core Chain Drive Catching System
Featuring durable roller chain and reinforced circulating PP mesh belt, variable frequency speed regulation (0.3–0.8m/s), PLC intelligent control, anti-reverse and overload protection. Equipped with vertical lifting conveyor for centralized and automatic chicken output.
3. Full Automatic Supporting System
Matched with automatic height-adjustable feeding line and drinking line, 1.2mm thick anti-wear PP manure belt, and intelligent environment control system including fans and cooling pads for full-cycle automatic poultry raising.
4. Outdoor Collection Platform
Standard chicken collection platform for manual packing; optional automatic weighing, counting and truck loading system for intelligent farms.
Working Principle
After starting the PLC control system, the side cage nets open automatically. The chain-driven mesh belt transports broilers steadily to the house end. All layers of broilers are gathered by the vertical conveyor and delivered to the outdoor collection area, realizing full automatic and zero-damage broiler harvesting.

Suitable for large-scale commercial broiler farms, poultry breeding enterprises and overseas farming projects in Southeast Asia, Africa and other regions.
