1. The material pipe is 3 meters long galvanized material pipe, diameter 45mm, thickness 1.2mm, galvanized layer 275g / m2, there are 3 holes, 4 holes of various specifications;
2. The twisted dragon is made of imported synthetic steel, with a diameter of 35.43mm and a feeding speed of 450kg / h;
3. The feed plate is made of PP material, with 8 grid, 14 grid and other styles, which can meet different breeding needs.

How the system works
Feed delivery: The system starts at a feed storage tower, which dispenses feed into a transport pipe. A motor-driven auger or a conveyor belt then moves the feed along the pipe.
Pan distribution: The feed is distributed from the main pipe into individual feed pans, which are designed to minimize waste. A sensor at the end of the line automatically controls the motor, stopping it when the pans are full and restarting it when the feed levels drop.
Height adjustment: As the animals grow, a winch system is used to raise the entire feeding line. This keeps the feed pans at an appropriate height, ensuring the animals can access their food comfortably.
Gradual feed reduction: In some advanced systems, the raising mechanism can be telescopic, gradually reducing the amount of feed in the pans as the line is raised. This creates a smooth transition from a period of abundant feeding for young chicks to a more restricted level for older, heavier birds.
