The central egg collection system is the core device for automating egg collection in egg caged farming, which can deliver eggs from the cages to the central processing area efficiently and hygienically.
System composition
- Egg straps: Conveyor straps made of food-grade PVC or rubber material with a smooth surface and slightly inclined to allow eggs to roll and avoid breakage.
- Indicator devices: Including egg screens, egg division machines, etc., to guide the eggs from the cage's eggpool to the eggpool belt smoothly, preventing the eggs moving or accumulating.
- The drive: Consists of an electric motor, a decelerator, etc., which causes the egg collection band to operate at a uniform speed (usually the speed can be adjusted) to ensure the smooth delivery of the eggs.
- End-processing devices: Such as egg cleaning and the connecting part of the grading equipment, which introduces the centrally delivered eggs into the subsequent processing.
workflow
1. After laying, the egg rolls along the angle of inclination of the bottom net of the chicken cage into the egg collecting trough outside the cage;
2. The eggs in the egg trough enter the central egg zone under gravity or a slight push;
3. The egg collection band operates at a constant speed to transport the eggs from the various areas of the chicken coop to the end concentration point;
4. After being organized and cleaned by manual or automated equipment (such as egg picking machines), follow-up treatment is carried out.
