Ammonia detection system is a professional equipment used to monitor the concentration of ammonia in the environment in real time, which is widely used in livestock and poultry farms (such as chicken houses, pig farms), chemical workshops, cold storage and other sites, which can provide timely warning of ammonian exceeding the limit and ensure biological health or production safety.

Detecting sensors
The core components, commonly known as electrochemical sensors (high accuracy and fast response), catalytic combustion sensors, etc., can directly collect the ammonia concentration signal in the air.
Data acquisition and transmission module
The signal detected by the sensor is converted into digital information, which is transmitted to the controller by wired (such as RS485) or wireless (such as LoRa, WiFi).
Controller / Host
Receives and processes data, has display (real-time concentration, alarm threshold), storage, alarm, and some supports interaction with ventilation, spraying and other systems.
Alarm device
When the concentration of ammonia exceeds the standard, it can alert the management personnel through sound and light alarm (buzzer, alarm light) or remote notification (SMS, APP push).

Threshold alarm
Can be preset safe concentration threshold (such as chicken house ammonia safety value generally ≤ 20ppm), exceed the standard automatically trigger alarm.
Data recording and analysis
Store historical concentration data, generate trend curves, facilitate traceability and optimize environmental management.
Interaction control
The advanced system can interoperate with ventilators and air exchange equipment to automatically start ventilation when the ammonia is exceeded, reducing the concentration to a safe range.
