Basic functions
Cooling
Using the principle of high pressure mistification, water is converted into micron-sized mist droplets, and the evaporation of the mist droplets absorbs heat in the air, which can reduce the temperature of the farming shed by 3 - 8 ° C. It is especially suitable for protecting livestock from heat during the high temperature season.
Humiditation
In dry environments (such as when heating in winter), increase air humidity by adjusting the fog to avoid respiratory discomfort in livestock and poultry due to dry air.
Disinfection
Disinfectant can be added to the water, and mist droplets can be spread evenly to all corners of the shed to achieve full-scale disinfection, which is more efficient and has no dead spots than traditional spraying.
Main composition
Including high-pressure pump, atomizing nozzle (mostly copper or stainless steel material, anti-clogging), water supply pipe (PE pipe or PVC pipe), filter (to prevent impurities clogging nozzle), control system (can be fixed, temperature automatic start and stop).
Daily maintenance considerations
- Check and clean the blowout every week to prevent the blockage of feed residue and dirt;Clean the filters every month to ensure the water is clean.
- Check whether the pipeline interface is leaking, whether the pressure of the high pressure pump is normal (the general working pressure is 3-7MPa), to avoid the excessive pressure to damage the equipment.
- Use purified water or soft water as much as possible to reduce fouling;If a disinfectant is added, it is necessary to select a type that is compatible with the material of the equipment to avoid corrosion of the pipeline.
- Before it is discontinued in winter, the standing water in the pipes and pumps needs to be emptied to prevent freezing;After long-term deactivation, check the circuit and pump body to see if they are normal before starting.
