Equipment introduction
Nanofilm aeration fermentation composting technology, its working principle is to add microbial decomposition agent to livestock manure, under the condition that the nanofilm completely covers the livestock manure to be treated, through the PLC automatic control system to control the heating and forced ventilation process, to achieve aerobic microbial high temperature fermentation, the organic solid in livestock manure into a relatively stable humus like compost material.
Its process core group is
(1) Complex microbial flora;
(2) The polymer selects the permeable membrane, the nano-sized holes on the membrane allow water vapor, carbon dioxide and other substances smaller than the membrane aperture to pass through, and the odor gas, pathogenic bacteria, dust and other substances that exceed the membrane aperture to be trapped in the membrane, with waterproof, moisture permeability, bacteria insulation, deodorization and other functions;
(3) Intelligent automatic control system to achieve full automation.


The technology is between open compost and closed compost, combining the advantages of both systems, its simplicity and flexibility are similar to open compost, it provides the same conditions as closed equipment, so the odor generated during the fermentation process is effectively blocked in the polymer functional membrane.
According to whether the fermentation needs oxygen, the fermentation method can be divided into aerobic fermentation and anaerobic fermentation, the technology adopts high temperature aerobic fermentation process.
The advantages of aerobic compost: simple process, less investment, rapid fermentation, short cycle, high pile temperature, thorough sterilization, fast water reduction, not easy to produce odor, does not produce flammable and explosive gases, good safety, small footprint characteristics, is a safe, effective and economic treatment.
Aerobic composting means that under artificially controlled conditions, according to the nutrient composition of various compost raw materials and the requirements of carbon and nitrogen ratio, particle size, moisture content and pH value of microbial piles in the composting process, various compost raw materials are mixed and stacked in a certain proportion, and under appropriate moisture and ventilation conditions, microorganisms multiply and degrade organic matter, resulting in high temperature. Kill pathogenic bacteria and weed seeds to stabilize organic matter.


Therefore, all the factors affecting microbial growth will have an impact on the composting process and the quality of the final product, the main influencing factors are water content, organic matter content, carbon nitrogen ratio, ventilation, temperature, pH value, initial concentration of poison and so on. Suitable material ratio and strict process parameter control are the necessary conditions to obtain ideal compost products.
Components and processes
The nanofilm aerobic fermentation composting technology is composed of two parts: the decomposition agent and the nanofilm aerobic fermentation compost machine (hereinafter referred to as the compost machine). The fermentation agent is used for aerobic fermentation of livestock and poultry manure. The compost machine is used for online monitoring and control of parameters in the fermentation process of livestock and poultry manure, and automatically provides oxygen and heating according to the program.
Add microbial decomposing agent to livestock manure. Under the condition that the nano-film completely covers the livestock manure to be treated, an "artificial microclimate" of micro-positive pressure is formed in the membrane. Through the automatic control system of compost machine PLC, the heating and forced ventilation process are regulated. The processing technology of aerobic microbial high temperature fermentation, which converts organic solid in livestock and poultry manure into relatively stable humus compost material.
Scope of application: pig, cow, chicken, chicken, sheep and other different kinds of manure harmless treatment and fertilizer utilization.
Nanomembrane characteristics
It selects special polymer materials and makes selective permeable nanomembranes with aperture nanomembranes through multiple processes, allowing water vapor, carbon dioxide and other substances smaller than the membrane aperture to pass through, and intercepting odor gases, pathogenic bacteria, dust and other substances that exceed the membrane aperture in the membrane. And the water vapor will form a water film inside the nanomembrane, the water film can absorb the ammonia in the odor gas, and the hydrogen sulfide inside the nanomembrane.
Technological advantage
(1) It is suitable for local treatment of livestock and poultry feces to avoid secondary pollution caused by long-distance transportation of feces.
(2) The nanomembrane can effectively prevent the emission of harmful substances such as odorous gases and pathogenic bacteria; Greenhouse gas and odor emissions were reduced by more than 50% and 90%, respectively.
(3) The harmless treatment effect is stable, the high temperature above 60℃ lasts for more than 10 days, killing pathogens, grass seeds, parasites, etc., preventing mosquitoes and flies from breeding, and degrading part of antibiotics;
(4) Nitrogen nutrient overflow is reduced by more than 30%, nutrient loss is less, and fertilizer efficiency is increased by 10%-15%.

Process step
This project adopts nanomembrane-covered feedback control ventilation aerobic fermentation composting and related combination processes, including material pretreatment, film fermentation, aging, post-treatment, maturity determination and other processes. The raw materials required for the proposed project are all supplied from the surrounding farms, which require the farms to directly add deodorant in the manure cleaning process to inhibit the activity of harmful gas-producing bacteria such as E. coli, and thus reduce the production of harmful gases in feces; Transport vehicles must be sealed.
- Mixing: According to the formula requirements, the mixing equipment such as forklift will be used to mix the mixed materials and microbial agents. When mixing, the microbial bacteria agent should be evenly diluted with the auxiliary materials in a certain proportion, and then mixed with the mixed material according to the amount of inoculation. The moisture content of the mixed compost material should be controlled at 50%-60%, and the loader should be used to mix the material. The moisture content of compost material is the most important index, and the moisture content is strongly required to be less than 60%.
- Build a pile: Transfer the mixed materials to the membrane aeration compost fermentation area, use the loader to build a pile, and build a trapezoidal pile body, the height of the pile body should generally be 1-1.2m, to be coated and fermented. When distributing, the material should be uniform and loose to prevent inconsistent material thickness and unequal moisture content. Note: The shorter the build time, the better, no more than 2 days.
- Lamination: The nanofilm is completely covered on the reactor body, and the edge of the nanofilm is compacted by pressing bags or other methods to keep the edge air-tight.
- Film fermentation: Start equipment, automatic control, film fermentation. During the composting process, the fermentation of compost is judged by nose smell. If there is excessive pungent odor such as acid and odor, the water content should be adjusted in time to make it fermented well. High temperature aerobic fermentation was completed in the fermentation area of the nanomembrane aerobic compost. During the fermentation process, the aerobic conditions in the fermentation body were monitored by the oxygen concentration detector, and the start and stop of the high-pressure fan were controlled by the automatic control system to maintain the good aerobic conditions of the pile materials. At the same time, by adjusting the temperature of livestock manure fermentation, it is appropriate to maintain 55 ° C ~65 ° C, and the maximum is generally not more than 75 ° C.
- Film removal: The film fermentation cycle should generally be 15-20 days to determine the degree of maturation. When the film coating fermentation is terminated, the fermentation material will no longer heat up, the film will be removed, and the pile will have no odor and its color will be gray, grayish brown or black.
