The disc type hydraulic lifting and flipping machine is used for the fermentation and flipping of organic waste such as livestock manure, sludge garbage, sugar factory filter mud, residue cake, and straw sawdust. It is widely used in organic fertilizer plants, compound fertilizer plants, sludge garbage plants, horticultural fields, and mushroom planting plants for fermentation, maturation, and water removal operations. It can also be used as a bio organic fertilizer fermentation equipment.

 

Working principle of disc hydraulic lifting and flipping machine

 

This device belongs to a large-span flipping machine. Compared with traditional flipping mechanical equipment, this device has made new breakthroughs in the problem of flipping span. From the perspective of energy saving, the wheel disc flipping machine adopts a relatively energy-saving intermediate transmission shaft transmission mechanism, which drives two large-diameter flipping wheel discs, symmetrically flipping without dead corners, adjustable speed and displacement of the small car, left and right displacement, and completes large-span flipping work with low energy consumption.

 

In the case of deep stacking of materials, a unique energy-saving transmission mechanism is used to complete high depth and large span flipping and throwing operations with less power. Its hydraulic lifting system can adjust the automatic lifting of the flipping plate, ensuring that the equipment can move without obstacles. In addition, the supporting fully automated electrical control system further ensures the convenience, safety, and stability of equipment operation. The wheeled flipping machine can be customized with different spans according to the width of the fermentation tank.

 

The mixed fermentation materials enter the front end of the fermentation tank, and after a day of fermentation, they need to be flipped over to cool down, aerate, and move back to make space for new materials to enter the tank. At this point, run the flipping machine longitudinally to the rear end of the material layer, turn on the main engine, and use the high-speed rotating blade to rake the material and throw it backwards for a certain distance, with the function of crushing the material. The fully fermented and decomposed materials reach the end of the fermentation tank, and are shoveled out of the tank to enter the next process.

Fermentation process of disc hydraulic lifting and flipping machine

 

1. Directly place animal manure and other materials, household waste, sludge and other fertilizer base materials into the tank, with a pile width equal to the flipping width of the equipment, a pile height as high as possible, and a length as long as possible, such as 50 meters, 100 meters, etc. The ground should be flat, and both cement and land can be used (as long as they are flat and have a certain hardness). For every 10000 tons of production, 4-5 acres of land are required.

 

2. Sprinkle biological fermentation agents on the piled up animal manure and other materials, household waste, sludge and other fertilizer base materials (our unit provides technology and fermentation agents).

 

3. Use a disc type hydraulic turner to evenly mix and stir straw, livestock manure, other materials, household waste, sludge (with a moisture content of 50% -70%), fermentation agents, etc. It can be deodorized in 3-5 hours, heated to 50 degrees Celsius in 16 hours, and then turned over again to increase oxygen when the temperature reaches 55 degrees Celsius. Afterwards, every time the material temperature reaches 55 degrees Celsius, it starts to be turned over to achieve uniform fermentation, oxygenation, and cooling effects. Then repeat this process until it is completely decomposed.

 

4. If the moisture content of animal manure and other materials, household waste, sludge, etc. is too high, auxiliary materials containing organic matter that are relatively dry and can absorb moisture can be added, or the previously dried fertilizer can be placed below to form a chopped shape by reflux. The animal manure and other materials, household waste, sludge, etc. with high moisture content can be placed in the middle to allow the water on top to seep into the bottom before flipping.

 

5. The general process of fertilization takes 7-10 days, but due to different climates in different regions, it may take 10-15 days for the material to fully mature, truly achieving no odor, no bacteria, insect eggs, weed seeds, high humus content, and increased potassium content. Powdered organic fertilizer has been made.

 

6. If you want to turn powdered fertilizer into granular fertilizer, you need to add equipment such as organic fertilizer granulators (new types of organic fertilizer specialized granulators or disc granulators, roller extrusion granulators), material crushers, grading screens, dryers, coolers, automatic packaging machines, belt conveyors, etc.

1. The stirring function in raw material conditioning. 4. Adjust the moisture content of the raw material pile. The suitable moisture content for raw material fermentation is around 50-60%, and the moisture standard for finished organic fertilizer is below 30%. During fermentation, biochemical reactions generate new water, and the consumption of raw materials by microorganisms also causes water to lose its carrier and become free. Therefore, timely reduction of water content during the fertilizer making process, in addition to evaporation formed by thermal conduction, will result in forced water vapor emission when the turning machine flips the raw materials.

 

5. Special requirements for implementing composting technology. For example, crushing raw materials, giving a certain shape to the raw material pile, or achieving quantitative displacement of raw materials.
