The automatic chicken feed line is an automated feed delivery device widely used in farming. Under the motor, the winch rotates to deliver feed from the feed tower through a straight line to the pighouse. The feed line pipe passes above the troughs in the pighouse, and the lower feed mouth at each trough position carries the feed directly into the trough under the action of a winch. The automatic feeding time can be set through the electric control system, the feeding time is turned on at regular intervals, and the feeding is automatically stopped when the sensor of the last feed tank reaches a quantitative height.

1. Storage tower: The 3-80T option (customized) is used to store feed. It is generally made of galvanized sheeting and other materials, and has a certain capacity to meet the feed supply needs of the farm during a given time.
2. The dragon host: 750W-1500W selection, usually composed of motor and speed reducer, etc., to provide power for the rotation of the dragon, driving the dragon chain or spiral blade rotation, to achieve feed transmission.
3 Transmission pipes: Main pipeline model φ63, φ75, etc., mostly PVC material;The diameter of the dividing line is φ 45mm, using hot-dip galvanized pipe material.
4 Loading device: It is installed on the conveyor pipe and is located above the pig farm trough. Each trough position has a corresponding loading outlet to enable the feed to fall accurately into the trough.
5. Sensors: Generally installed at the last chute or chute for sensing the height of the feed. When the feed reaches the set quantitative height, the sensor will send a signal to control the motor to stop working, so as to automatically stop the loading.
6. The electric control system is the control center of the winch feed line, which can set the time and number of automatic feeding parameters, achieve the time and quantitative feeding, usually consisting of a electric control box, buttons, relay, etc.
