Product Overview
The fully automatic chicken feeding chute is used as an automated feeding equipment for livestock breeding mode, mainly used in the chicken, ducks, geese and other breeding industries.
Product composition: Usually consists of a chute, a feed pipe, a winch, a tray, a suspended lifting device, a motor and a capacity sensor. It is accompanied by habitat protection devices to prevent climbing of livestock from causing damage to the equipment.
How it works: The winch is driven by an electric motor and the feed from the chute is conveyed along the feed pipe to the various feed dishes. The feed level sensor will monitor the amount of feed in the feed plate in real time, and when the feed in the food plate reaches the set height, the sensor will control the motor to stop working and stop feed supply. When the feed falls below the set value, the motor starts and continues to feed.

1. The material pipe is 3 meters long galvanized material pipe, diameter 45mm, thickness 1.2mm, galvanized layer 275g / m2, there are 3 holes, 4 holes of various specifications;
2. The twisted dragon is made of imported synthetic steel, with a diameter of 35.43mm and a feeding speed of 450kg / h;
3. The feed plate is made of PP material, with 8 grid, 14 grid and other styles, which can meet different breeding needs.
