Crawler Manure Turner Operation Flowchart

Crawler manure turners (trough turners) are commonly used for fermentation processing of manure on livestock farms. Before operation, ensure that the equipment chains, bearings, and other components are properly lubricated, and check that the hydraulic and electrical systems are functioning properly. During startup, run the machine at no load, and only begin operation after confirming that everything is functioning properly. During operation, strictly control the travel speed (1-2 m/min), the turning depth (0.8-1 m), and the hydraulic control of the lift to ensure a stable material height (up to 1.5 m) and trajectory. Ensure even movement during turning to avoid accumulation. After operation, clean and maintain the equipment, and tidy up the site to ensure proper sanitation.
