1. Starting the Crawler Turner: After getting on the turner, the driver must first turn on the power. This is the starter panel. The three gauges on the panel are the water temperature, oil pressure, and battery charge gauge. Then, turn the key to the right to the Start position and press the button. After the engine starts, turn the key to the left to the Battery Charge position to charge the battery. After the engine starts, the clutch assist air hose automatically inflates, which takes about one minute. Once inflated, the machine can be used for driving or turning operations. If you perform multiple turning operations daily, inflating is only necessary upon the first start.

2. Forward Turning and Turning: To turn the machine forward, pull the travel clutch, adjust the gear lever to the rear-up position, and engage first gear. There are three forward gears that can be adjusted as needed: front-up is second gear, and front-down is third gear. Then release the travel clutch and the dumper moves forward. When the dumper is moving, pull the steering lever right to turn the dumper to the right, and pull the steering lever left to turn the dumper to the left. Do not pull the left and right steering levers at the same time. (1) For dumping operation, find the dumper and drive it to the material pile. The first step is to lift the material distributor handle, the material distributor descends, and then step on the dumper clutch pedal. Engage the dumping gear, release the clutch pedal, and increase the throttle to perform the dumping operation. After dumping is completed, reduce the throttle to idle speed, step on the clutch pedal, and then shift the dumping gear to the split position, release the clutch pedal, and finally press the material distributor handle. The material distributor rises and ends the dumping operation.

3. Dumping and reverse Pull up the travel clutch, adjust the gear lever position to the rear and lower position, engage reverse gear and slowly release the clutch. At this time, the dumper starts to reverse. The magnetic sense is the travel dumping speed control sense. When dumping upward, use the travel low speed. When moving downward and transferring, use the travel high speed. IV. Precautions for Use: 1. Before turning, check the turning gauge screws for looseness. 2. If oil blows or the machine accidentally overheats during turning, the material surrounding the turning tank must be cleaned. Only then can the machine be started. Never start the machine with material in the machine. This is extremely important and must be strictly observed. 3. When the turning machine is operating, no one is allowed to stand in front or behind it to prevent injury from flying blades.

4. Maintenance: The left diesel filling port of the turning machine, the left grease filling port for the turning machine, the left travel chain grease port, the right turning chain spindle grease port, the turning chain grease inlet, the turning porridge grease inlet, and the right travel chain grease inlet should all be inspected regularly to ensure proper operation of the turning machine.
