If it is necessary to observe the operation of relevant components during operation, personnel must follow regulations and wear necessary personal protective equipment.
2. During inspection, maintenance, and servicing, personnel must ensure that the main power switch is disconnected and locked. Failure to do so may result in serious injury.
3. Installation, maintenance, and servicing of electrical equipment must be performed by electrical operators in accordance with regulations. Failure to do so may result in serious injury.
4. Equipment protective components are essential components and must not be removed at will. Damage must be repaired or replaced promptly.
5. Two limit switches are installed at the head and tail of the machine. If the trolley's track wheel contacts either limit switch, the machine will stop. Regularly check the sensitivity of the limit switches and replace them if they malfunction. Failure to do so may damage the trolley and even lead to more serious consequences.
6. An electric shock wire is installed at the egg drop area below the trough to prevent the chickens from pecking at the eggs. Please do not touch it with your hands to avoid injury.
7. The power cord should be protected with a dedicated cable protector, and the wiring should be equipped with a dedicated terminal block to prevent accidents caused by electrical leakage.
8. Operators must receive skills training and strictly follow relevant operating procedures.
